At Grangewood Fencing, we provide a competitively priced delivery service for all our fencing products and supplies. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions, along with their answers.
Our Midlands and Central England delivery service covers an area extending approximately 40 miles from each of our six depots. This includes regions such as Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Northamptonshire.
In addition, we serve areas in the South of England, including Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, and Hertfordshire. We also cover parts of Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and North London.
To the West, we deliver to much of Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Shropshire. Moving East, our delivery range includes most of Rutland, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire.
Finally, in the North, our service area includes sections of Southern Lancashire and Southern Yorkshire.
After adding an item to your shopping basket, proceed to the cart page. There, you’ll be prompted to enter your full postcode to view the available shipping options for your address.
Once you place your order, our sales team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, it’s best to contact your nearest branch before ordering to confirm availability.
Keep in mind that delivery times might be longer during Bank Holiday weeks and over the Christmas season.
Additionally, orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends will be processed on the next working day.
For the safety of both you and our driver, please stay inside your property while your goods are being delivered.
Our delivery service is kerbside, meaning we’ll leave your items as close to the front of your property as possible without placing them on the pavement or road. Common drop-off locations include front lawns or driveways. Please note, we do not deliver to back gardens.
After you place your order, our sales team will call you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient delivery date. If we can’t reach you by phone or leave a message, we will email you the telephone number of the branch responsible for delivering your order. This way, you can contact them directly to set up your delivery.
No, you don’t have to be present for delivery if you’re okay with us leaving your goods at your designated location. However, once the items are delivered, all liabilities will transfer to you.
Yes, you can opt for local pickup. On the checkout page, enter your home address in the ‘Billing Details.’ Then, select ‘Local Pickup’ as your shipping option. You will be asked to choose the depot where you want to collect your order.
It’s possible. If you don’t fall within our standard delivery area, contact our transport manager Anthony at 07854 640460 during office hours. He will be glad to check if he can provide a delivery quote for you.
